Order Changes

Need to make any changes? We’re not always able to make amendments, but if you notice in your shipping confirmation email that there was a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately with your order number, and we’ll see what we can do. 

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email info@singulex.uk or leave us a phone message, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. 

We offer a full refund for unwanted items within 30 days counting from the day you received the product. However, the products must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories and in the original packaging. Please contact us before sending the items back. Singulex.uk is not liable for returns sent without approval. To move forward with a return request, please email info@singulex.uk with your order number and the items that didn’t work out for you.

All returns must include a note referencing your full name, email address, and order number.

We inspect all returned items. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or we will deduct the value of damage from your refund amount.

Return parcels must be sent to the following address:
Meads Building Leengate, Nottingham NG7 2LX, UK.

DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please keep in mind: We do not refund the cost of return shipping charges. Return shipments are at the customer’s own expense.

All returns are to be sent using a traceable method. For your safety, make sure to provide the tracking number of your return postage to us and retain the proof of shipment. Singulex.uk is not liable for lost return packages without a tracking number.

We will refund your return as soon as possible and, at the latest, within 14 days of receiving your return. We always refund your money to the bank account, credit card, or PayPal account that was used for the order. No refund will be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by us.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear and socks.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item you received appears to be damaged or defective, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. Include a photo or a video of the item where the damage or flaws are seen clearly. Briefly describe the damage, and forward the description and photo(s) together with your order number to us at info@singulex.uk. Without proof, we will not be able to validate your request. Thank you for your understanding! 

Please rest assured that we will review your request promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund. The complaint does not apply when we cannot find any faults in the product or when the customer has caused the damage themselves, such as normal wear and handling errors.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to exchange products at the moment. We only replace the item(s) if they are defective or damaged. If you’d like to exchange something for a different colour or size, we treat it like a return. If something didn’t work out, please email info@singulex.uk for additional assistance.
